Vanguard's Alta Pro 253CT Carbon Fiber Tripod is made of carbon fiber to provide a lightweight (3.66 lb, 1.66 kg) but very sturdy and versatile camera support. The tripod has a maximum load capability of 15.4 lb (7 kg), extends to 65" (1.65 m), and folds down to only 24.8" (63cm) which makes it easy to attach to a gear bag, or backpack. The center column has a tilting bracket which can rotate a full 360 degrees from a standard vertical position. It is a key feature to help you position the tripod and your equipment at unusual angles.
